Hullabaloo Filmworks and Juston Gaddis Productions have teamed up to create a feature documentary about the man known affectionately as the Mayor of Northeast Portland. He has been a leader in Portland's black community for more than 60 years. He is beloved by his community and all those who know him. His storytelling is as amazing as his stories and the film gives those stories room to breathe. A story of strength and leadership, it is also a window into a community, its struggles, and the challenges we all face as neighborhoods become a thing of the past.
